Sonny and Tim in Parts were quick to reassure me the needed part was readily available and could be installed at my convenience the next day. Shannon scheduled the repair and, when I arrived the next day, saw to it that I had transportation home and then back to the dealership when the repairs were finished. A quick check of the car found it as clean and scratch free as when I left it!

Quick service time wise.  I made the appointment two days before.  They got me in early.  I received a 10% coupon in the mail, which definitely helped.

Today (Saturday) I drove 3 hrs to  Roswell Honda they were having the Upside Down Event. Spoke with Casey Wednesday prior, he made me feel like he was going to do whatever it would take to get me out from under my costly Mini Countryman. Wednesday evening I got in their website found a Kia Soul under $20000 & wanted to get an idea of what a payment would look like at this price. Like anything else the site wants all your info before it lets you see anything. As soon as I put in my number I was bombarded with text messages from Sara the front desk person. I let her know I was already speaking with Casey. She text back acknowledged   Casey but wanted me to still lock in a time.. Casey & I we had already agreed to speak Friday afternoon/ evening to coordinate a time for Saturday. There was absolutely no reason for this Sara to be pressuring me to set a time.

10 am Friday morning text message from Sara, asking if I’m still coming. I let her know yes I would still be there. Next text came right away with an appointment for 9am. I let her know I could not make a 9am appointment & where did she come up with that time. Well she just decided for me that I would be in the first available time. Then I asked if this was Casey. She came back with “Not Casey she was front desk setting things up for me to work with Johnny. He’ll take great care of me., & for me to lock in a tine. I told her to stop pestering me and again said I am working with Casey and that’s who I’d like to do business with.
I got ahold of Casey and let him know I already do not care for Johnny or Sara they were pressuring me to set up a time with him.

Saturday  up bright & early and was headed towards New Mexico by 7 am. Casey (coordinator for event) and I believe sales guy was Jonathan were outside waiting on me, or that’s how it felt. Was asked for my keys for the appraisal and I walked out to see what was available in the lot sales guy came got me to get my info to see what we could work out. Test drive that Kia Soul, sit down at his desk and next thing I know is he is introducing me to Johnny. I wanted to walk just out the door, but I had just driven 3 hours to  I get moved over to Johnny’s desk. Last guy did not let Johnny know what steps were already completed. What’s really going on here.

Johnny’s lost asking for my keys which I had already given the place, wanted information I had already give the last guy.( very disrespectful to me and Johnny by not passing over all the information he had already gotten from me and where he was in the process, he wasted my time my time and made his coworker look as if he didn’t have a clue what he was doing.  Not a place I’d want to work at.

Ok so I. The end after they left me sitting there for who knows how long I was told that my 2017 Mini Countryman with 80,000 miles leather seats double moon roof, brand new spark plugs and all that goes with that $1600 tune- up less than a month ago was only worth $5000. The 2023 Kia Soul  with only 10,000 miles cloth seats no sunroof asking $18000 my goal today which I was upfront with the whole time I was talking with this business was to get my payments down as close to $400 and to get in a vehicle that wasn’t so expensive to buy parts for windshield wipers alone were almost $200. Roswell Honda wasted my time today after driving all that way the only thing they could do for me today is offer me a disrespectful $5000 for my trade in &  a new car with higher payments  than I’m paying now. Oh and the extra $13000 I owe for my trade in is on me. What kind of Upside Down scam were they trying to pulling off. Oh and don’t let me forget to say that I was told they just got a big shipment in for this event. That was a lie as well what I saw was the exact vehicles on the website. And hey Roswell Honda if you’re gonna pass a customer off you should pass off their info also. Holding it makes you look like the stupid unprepared one. Thanks for wasting my time today.

Jeremy is a very thoughtful sales person!  He is so kind he has even taken my quick texts/calls to help me learn this beautiful RED 🤩 2025 Honda CVR.  (I can't even tell when it starts it's so quiet!  One smooth ride.)

The staff was SO AWESOME. For a true Honda Lover you NEED to meet this crew!! Thank you ROSWELL HONDA for our 2025 Civic 🫶🏾 Great service and their shoe game is non- comparable… just saying!!
