Ernst KOBOLD antique Grandfather Clock German

Antique wooden grandfather clock from Germany. Made by Ernst Kobold in the 1920's. This has a carved wooden case. I think it is oak from the Black Forest of Germany. The mechanism plates are very thick brass, the thickest I've seen in 13 grandfather clocks I have owned. Likewise, the brass weights and pendulum are the thickest and heaviest brass i have owned. I have owned the clock since I bought it in Las Vegas in 2006. Previous owner said it was haunted. I will keep my comments on that to myself, but do have a few stories to tell. This is the last of my great clock collection. Kobold clocks are rare birds and this one is special indeed. I will not ship, but will hold clock and allow winning bidder to arrange shipment through Uship or a similar shipping service. Local pickup is fine in Chandler, AZ.
