Better than new. I bought this off of offer up a few years ago and ended up taking it to Tool Depot in San Diego to get it refurbished and squared up. Hate to see it go, but hate to keep shuffling it around every time I need something. This thing is butter. Come try it for yourself, and it is more true than it would be straight out of the box as it was calibrated during maintenance. Ideal for a finish or trim carpenter, it comes with the Rigid Stand in perfect working condition. Priced for a good home at $300
