Kits in great condition. Works and sounds great. The stock kick has been replaced with a KD-120 12” pad (500 dollar value itself). I’ll also throw in the Tama Iron Cobra hi hat stand (not normally included with a kit). Item was 2500 new with the stock kick pad. This new kick is fantastic
