As a lifelong Public Enemy fan, Todd was beyond stoked to make this project happen. The launch of the Public Enemy Big Ripper in 2016 coincided with a Public Enemy concert in Brooklyn, so it made perfect sense for Todd, Dblocks, and hundreds of riders to ride all the way from Harlem through Manhattan on the way to the show.
