This is our second time coming here to purchase our car! James was able to find us a great car that ended up being a great investment for our future! He was patient, test drove every car I asked for and stayed way later than scheduled to make sure the deal closed with the best numbers to fit our budget. What I did have a problem with was I bought a truck and they gave it to me with 1/4 tank and very dirty. They told to bring it in the following day which I agreed. The next day after the wash I noticed they put NO EFFORT washing my truck which was still full of stains on the outside and even denied adding gas after we had agreed on both services. I showed Ali but he did nothing about it. I just spent good money and thats the service I get. They make it hard to trust them. I’m Happy with my purchase but not happy with the service.

I just bought a car at the Superstore in El Cajon, and honestly, I'm a little freaked out by how easy it was. Normally, buying a car takes roughly three business days and involves a complex ritual of paperwork and waiting. But here? It felt like a high-speed, well-oiled machine.
