A Customer Built BBQ Grill and Smoker, customer built in 2017, by Sublett MFG Colt, AR. Rotisserie section, we'll cook up to 28 full size Boston butts at one time no babysitting season set and let it rotate. Up to 28 slab the baby back ribs rotisserie contains four 12-in full rotating racks. Heat source I prefer charcoal, however you can use wood the more often you have to clean your grill with wood. Flat side 3 ft smoker or great for grilling steaks and or chicken. They're just about nothing you can't cook on this grill. I built it for myself with my brother in 2017. Due to my health condition I'm about ready to get out of the barbecue business. Grill is fully ready for hookup dual axle with electric brakes on one axle. Lighting kit installed to see your cooking area with included stainless steel storage or tool box. Electricity is needed for the rotisserie side I have a small portable generator I carry with me when electricity is not accessible. Grill also come with ash pans to catch your ashes as you're cooking, so there's nowhere you can't park where burning the grass maybe an issue. I use a ash bucket at the end of the day of my cooking task where I can dump my ashes store them on the fish cooker area of the grill hook up and on my way, without smoke Bella and out while you driving down the road.
