My wife and I traded out our old Civic for a Mazda CX 70 PHEV and had a great experience.

I started with searching inventory online and scheduling a test drive a day in advance. I got immediate confirmation and was told the vehicle would be ready to test drive with Chad Patterson.

Upon arriving the next morning we were greeted by Chad and our future car ready to go out front. Chad gave my wife and I both the opportunity to test drive and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation.  We fell in love with the CX-70 and when we decided to move forward with paperwork, Chad was able to continue to answer our questions with a great deal of knowledge while beginning the trade process. He was very friendly, patient, and attentive to our needs and concerns and made sure that we were aware of all of our options to purchase the vehicle.

Although the car buying process can be an all day event, Chad and the finance manager Shayla worked quickly together to make sure the process was smooth and stress free.  All in all we left about 5 hours after arriving at the dealership.

The car is amazing, if you're looking for a crossover PHEV the CX-70 checked all the boxes that we had marked for looking for similar vehicles like the Audi Q5, Lincoln Nautilus, or Volvo XC90, at a much more reasonable asking price.

Had a great experience at Horne Mazda. The sales team was helpful and made the process easy without being pushy. Financing was straightforward, and everything was explained clearly. From start to finish, things moved smoothly—and before long, I was driving off with the keys. Definitely appreciate the professional and friendly service.

On Saturday I had terrible attention and service at the shop. I had my appointment at 8 to do a routine oil change and I ended up bringing my car in on a tow truck. They broke my valve cover, they broke the engine cover and even so they told me the car came like that. They preferred not to take responsibility for their actions. But very quickly they told me that for 700 dollars they could replace it. I ended up paying 250 to have my car towed to my house and believe me, I will never go back to that place. Somehow I will contact Mazda and let them know what a terrible job they do representing their brand. Thanks for ruining my car.
