I am moving and would like to sell the shed so I don't lose out on it all together. I paid $1500 for it from Home Depot about a year ago. It has a working a/c unit and it is most of the way insulated. It could be used as a mancave or a shed a storage or even made into a tiny house project, the possibilities are endless. Both doors do open, and it has a lock built into the handle. Does not leak and is sealed with spray foam and thick Styrofoam pieces. The ceiling has a tarp up to it to seperate the space and keep the extreme heat out in the summer time. I haven't finished insulating it and now that I am moving it won't be happening. I am selling because I can't take it with me. It's a 12 x 8 and it will need to be removed via a tow truck with a wench or a flatbed trailer and a wench. Make me a reasonable offer and be ready to Come get it ASAP. I paid $1500 plus tax and would like to get something out of it so it's not a total loss. If you have $500 cash in hand I would say that would work for me. No deliveries no trades and you must haul it with a flatbed or tow truck and a wench.
