DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE! I purchased a car from them almost 3 weeks. Received the car only a week a go. The moment I got the car there were issues with the car. The suspension is messed up and the car is a squeaking mobile any way it's driven. Quite embarrassing! I was on the phone with the sales rep when I got the car and started driving it. He said to give it a couple of days to adjust to the different roads from the states. After driving the car for a few days I let him know the issue was still very much a problem and that I would need them to cover the cost of fixing the issues with the car since I was never informed the car had suspension problems. I was only ever told the car was in ABSOLUTELY PERFECT CONDITION. Which was a complete LIE! He informed me to make an appointment with Tesla to have my car checked out and fixed. Once I have the quote from them for the invoice send it over to them so they can reimburse me for that cost. On top of that 5 days into having the car physically the 2 back tires blew out while driving my kids to school. Contacted the sales rep and he said it was due to the weather and roads out here. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I asked for them to cover the cost and he said there's nothing they can do. It's up to us to pay for new tires. I reached out and informed him that was very unprofessional for them to sell me an unsafe car and that would need them to put in writing they would be paying for future suspensions repairs. Since that message was sent out he has not replied. I have called the dealership all week. Spoke to several reps and seems like no one can get a manager on the line to speak to me. And no one has had the decency to return and of my calls to any of the several messages I have left. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. They are a complete scam, will sale you unsafe cars and ignore your calls and messages when confronted with the problem. I have asked several times to get someone on the line so I can start the return process and even then everyone is ignoring my calls. Seems like they want a lawsuit rather than help resolve the issue.

Here is a sincere review of Benji Auto Sales. The first thing I can say is that I was looking at a 2020 Tesla Model 3 black with low miles but was offered another Model 3 white with more miles, but I was satisfied with what I would be getting. Greg Polanco is the person I worked with. So, I started the process on October 3, 2024, and paid my downpayment of 4,000. I got my insurance on the car the same day. Now I know that with the storm hitting that same week It would take some time to get my car. I didn't get my car until everything with Capital One was finalized. That took about a month and two weeks. I finally got my car on November 14th without a temp tag, so I had to call about that. I am happy with the overall process Thank You, Benji Auto Sales.

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, I purchased a vehicle from them and was assured by the salesperson, Kaleb Ferraiollo, that the car would be shipped out on Monday, May 19. Based on this assurance, I made arrangements for someone to be available to receive the vehicle this week.

After not receiving any updates, I began contacting my salesperson on Tuesday, May 20, to get a status update. I was told that the vehicle had not shipped on Monday as promised, but would instead ship on Thursday, May 22, and arrive on Friday, May 23.

However, on the afternoon of May 23, I received an email from the dealership’s shipping department stating that the vehicle had still not shipped. They requested confirmation of my address, which I had provided several times, and informed me that the car would ship sometime in the next 96 hours. After that, I was told it would take an additional 3 to 10 business days to arrive.

It has now been nearly a week since I paid $13,000 for this vehicle, and I still have no confirmed delivery date. My salesperson has been unresponsive for the most part, blaming it on a death in the family, and originally refused to provide the name of the manager I spoke with during the purchase who promised the original shipping timeline.

I have repeatedly contacted the dealership requesting to speak with a manager, repeatedly placed on infinite hold and no one has returned my calls. I also asked for the paperwork necessary to cancel the transaction and was told that all the managers are “too busy” to speak with me. To date, no one from management has contacted me, and I have not been provided with the paperwork to cancel the sale. Only after I notified them that I had disputed the fraudulent charge with my bank did they respond that I signed a We Owe agreement.

This level of unresponsiveness, misinformation, and disregard for a paying customer is completely unacceptable. Please heed my warning and don’t believe the obvious bought reviews. Especially if you live out of state.

Another fantastic experience at Benji’s Auto Sales! This was my second BMW car purchase, and once again, the service was exceptional. Thank you to Dayron for his patience and dedication and Wil in finance for working hard to make sure I was happy with my new car! I Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless, professional, caring, dedicated and excellent car-buying experience.
