Fits 26" to 32" waist - easily cut down in size. Works great, I can put my board leash on it and it will slide around from side to side. Works much better than attaching your leash around your calf or ankle - keeps the leash way off of the board. For hooking into my harness line, I use one of those flat plastic hooks that are designed to slide along a belt like this. The set up is so simple and light.
