Just purchased a Toyota Camry from Bonander , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment my partner and I walked in, the staff Jaime and Gilbert were really  friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. They listened to my questions and answered them all , and never made me feel pressured. The sales process was smooth and transparent. I appreciated how upfront they were about pricing and financing options. They worked with me to get a great deal that fit my budget, and were really patient.

Service center is great with great staff. Some (not all) of the sales people are very pushy. Went to purchase a vehicle and found out they have installed some sort of security device on ALL of their vehicles, so it's an "add on" that they will not take off. You get some "free" time on the online app that will track your car, but will not continue if you don't pay the monthly payment once the free trial is over. Try to buy somewhere else.

I gave BONANDER GMC a rating of 5 Stars because the entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, Gilbert was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—no pressure, just great service. He took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. I felt valued as a customer, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BONANDER GMC to friends and family—it’s clear they truly care about delivering top-notch service and building lasting relationships.

I don’t have any issues with the service but my vehicle was left unlocked with the windows down and keys sitting on the center console after hours.  There was nobody around and nobody challenged me when I got to my vehicle.  Anyone could have taken it!  It shows either a complete lack of respect for my property or complete incompetence.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jesse Pena for consistently keeping his word and making the process of buying a new vehicle seamless. He always provides updates on my order and ensures that I have no questions left unanswered. When it comes to customer service, Jesse truly excels.
