Giving 2 stars  bc the guy wasn’t completely honest about the vehicle I bought
Been a bout a month owning the truck
The back AC was capped off and lines cut, which  was not disclosed by the dealer
I even asked if the back ac works bc I have 4 children and need it working
Salesmen stated it did work and that it needed a bit to cool Off (It was a hot day)
Anyways weeks and $100s later taking it to several places to get the rear ac diagnosed
I am now being told it will cost $1000s to replace the ac lines  and fix
Not happy at all to say the least, the hot days are not fun for my littles in the2nd and third row. We use fans for now.
Mechanics said it not worth the money to fix it since the frame is rusted (which was either sprayed over by dealers or previous owner ) and will cost so much to repair bc lines have to be replaced.

Sales men was friendly, of course he wanted to get rid of this car. Anyways if you are considering purchasing here check everything VERY closely and take a mechanic.

I purchased a car from Best Price Cars Dealership when I was around 20 years old, and unfortunately, they took full advantage of my lack of experience as a first-time buyer. I had hoped to make a smart financial decision, but instead, I was met with dishonesty, hidden issues, and an overall unprofessional experience.

Hidden Vehicle Issues & Lack of Disclosure

While I understand that used cars may come with issues, the dealership failed to disclose major defects that ended up costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. Shortly after purchasing the car, I discovered:

A damaged oil tray, which caused oil leaks and led to inaccurate oil change reminders, ultimately forcing me to replace the entire motor.
A broken windshield washer fluid container that did not function at all.
A malfunctioning motor for the side mirror, among many other hidden defects I had to fix while still juggling my car payments.
Had I known about these serious mechanical issues, I never would have purchased this car. This kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable for any business selling vehicles.

Shady Lending Practices & False Promises

One of the main reasons I chose this dealership was because I was trying to establish my credit and was promised that my loan would be reported to credit bureaus. However, months later, I found out they never did—meaning all my payments did nothing to build my credit.

This was a complete misrepresentation that affected my financial plans. Had I known this upfront, I would have never chosen this lender.

Title Issues & Violations of California Law

I also paid off my car months early without ever missing or making a late payment, yet it has been five months, and I still have not received my title.

Under California Civil Code § 2982.5, a dealership or lender must release the title within 15 calendar days after the final payment. The fact that it has been five months without any proof of mailing is not only unprofessional but illegal.

After emailing back and forth for months, I was first given an unprofessional response asking for my address (which they already had). Then, I was ghosted until I had my father reach out. Only after his involvement did they suddenly claim they had already sent it months ago—yet they never provided any proof, tracking number, or prior confirmation that it was mailed.

Final Thoughts

This dealership and its associated lender are unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth doing business with. I regret my decision to trust them, but I have done my best to make the most out of a bad situation.

If you are considering buying a car here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—especially if you are a first-time buyer. I had hoped this dealership would have some integrity, but I was wrong.

I am writing this review to warn others so they don’t fall into the same trap that I did. I hope this review saves someone else the trouble and financial stress I went through.

i Had the worst experience here! I was sold a 2002 Lincoln LS with major problems to the engine and transmission. The mechanic I went to recommended to return the car and never have anything to do with this dealership. They clean up some of the cars to make it “LOOK” worth buying . But do not I repeat do not go there. I signed a no cancellation agreement and I was returned my full deposit within minutes. Why was there no hassle? They knew they are scamming all their customers. Another thing that bothered me it changed from friendly to annoyed!  Be smart about your purchase!

I highly recommend this place. I was looking for a 2 door car and my credit was low. This guys helped me finace a car when everyone else said no. They are very professional and don't push you to buy a car. I just bought a 2010 ford mustang from them and it had no mechanical issues they let you take the car to get inspected. The windshield had a little chip and they changed the whole windshield! The car was in mint condition. I was very satisfied with there customer service and for helping me. Will definitely be coming to get my cars in more neer future again.

Great experience. I have bought two cars from here so far. My first one was Audi A4. I bought it when I was 18, but after I crashed it, I came back, and they gave me a sweet deal on a Jaguar.  Both cars have been reliable and haven't caused me any problems.
