Condition: Scuffs, scratches, an area of damage on bottom front left and a piece of siding is coming up on bottom right side. This is two pieces, a top and bottom. It does feel a bit like the top piece leans forward a bit and would need some securing or something to keep it safe, it just sits on top of the bottom piece in current condition.
