Press the START Icon to start the Pedals or Handles to move. The unit will start a slow speed of 30 RPM, to increase the speed press the PLUS button. To decrease the speed press the MINUS button. To set the timer, press the CLOCK Icon. The PhysioPedal will start at 10 minutes. Each press will increase the time by 10 minutes up to 90 minutes total. To stop the Unit press the STOP/PAUSE Icon.�If the remote control stops working, you may need to reconnect the remote control to your PhysioPedal. Simultaneously press and hold the Power button on the PhysioPedal and the Arrow button on the remote control. CLEANING & STORAGE�Make sure the power is OFF and the battery charger is not attached. Use a damp, clean cloth and gently wipe your PhysioPedal. Store in a clean, cool, dry place, not in direct�sunlight, when not in use. Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
