This is Coil's high performance fish model. Shaped by Mike Daniels (now retired) in collaboration with Kirk Brasington in Florida. Shreds and has the light EPS spring and feel, but extremely durable. I've been lucky to have owned a few of these boards, and even got run over (on a different board) with no damage. One of the original vacuum bagged epoxy over EPS core surfboard manufacturers from the Brasington brothers. Has hybrid composite laminates, with carbon reinforced rails. Can't find a deck pressure spot, and no dings or crack on this board. Aside from some old wax, almost impossible to tell from new. Stored indoors or in a board bag when not in the water. Megamind is their performance fish shape for small waves. Concave deck with chined rails. These are rare on the left coast, and had an immense waitlist of customers and rabid fans. I’ve owned a bunch of alternate construction surfboards and these are by far the best. Just need more foam these days. 1.25 ft^3 or 35.4L 5’8”x22x2.5” Quad FCS finboxes Fins not included.
