Very nice cosmetic condition. Comes with the instruction manual booklet inside. Powers on and both forward and reverse spindles move. May need a new bulb. I do not have any reels so I cannot test any further. Price is $30. See all the pictures. Located near Burgettstown PA in Weirton WV.
