Dated 8th July 1913. To commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to Southport. This is unusual in that it is not a coronation piece, but rather a commemorative piece to recognize the visit to Southport of the royals. There is a small brown spot on the bottom, it’s ink not a chip, probably ink overage from the printing. Bought this at an auction many years ago to add to my Royalty/Coronation collection - all coming up for sale shortly.
