1993 Skyline Nomad 2260 Deluxe Camper

Also looking for a zero turn mower with <50" deck. 1993 Nomad Skyline model 2260 Deluxe for sale. 3800lbs, bumper pull. 22 feet long with tandem axles and nearly new tires. The dual axles really help with the load and manueverability. Full bathroom amd sleeps 5-6 easily.  Recent upgrades in 2017 include: Complete new roof including decking, red guard waterproofing, solid sheet aluminum top cover with two layers of Henry Tropicool that has a lifetime warranty. Insulates, stays cool, and is totally waterproof. This is the only roof sealant capable of holding out standing pools of water. I also have a couple gallons left I will include in case you want to add a coat or use on another project.  All LED lights, inside and out including running lights and brake lights.  New edge moulding and vinyl trim. Brand new 12" solid memory foam mattress and cover, ridiculously comfortable. New 46" LED Samsung TV and wall mount. It is like having a personal movie theater it is so big.  New Dometic roof mount air conditioner, 13000 btu with heat option. This thing can freeze you out on the low setting. 110v New Parallax 45amp (30 amp) power center with all new circuit breakers and easy view 12v 30 amp LED fuses. They light up when blown.  Custom framed refrigerator with newer large Dometic 2-way fridge. It currently needs repair though. Camping World said it needs a new eyebrow board, but ammonia levels and heater unit and in great shape. New mother board just added too.  New roof vent for fridge.  New vent cover for microwave vent and plumbing vent.  New shore water connection.  New exterior vent for microwave.  Everything on the exterior was sealed with that putty tape and then caulked with Henry's Tropicool caulking. Very water tight. All new stainless steel, corrosion resistant exterior screws used. 2 brand new deep cycle AGM batteries and battery boxes added this spring.  I am sure I am missing something. I am moving soon, so must sell.
