Downsizing so this needs to go. Super comfy, large and well maintained. 11ft 3in x 8ft 8in. It has a solid wood frame. It does have a few nicks in the fabric (pictures) which could be patched but hasn't been an issue for me. Originally purchased for $3,500, I'm only asking $500. Pickup only on tempe off baseline and mcclintock.
