I wanted to share our overall experienced in this company it was SUPERB. The Director Albert to office manager to the staff our all awesome. They give us the best interest rate and taking care all our concerns to make sure we will be a happy customer. We even meet the owner of All IN AUTO GROUP he is so humble and kind person as well as Albert the company Director. David, Mary and Mohammad went above and beyond. Purchasing our second car here was the best decision we ever made so far. More power to the while team.

Absolute scam. Albert wrote the wrong vehicle on the papers that were granted to the bank, as well as “ forgetting “ to add the warranty to the full price of the car when I paid and signed the papers. SERVICE SCAM- forgot to put my oil cap back on !!! I noticed two days later after an extremely intense smell of gas. I do not recommend dealing with Albert or this unprofessional “ business” being conducted.

For many it seems like it is a 1 star or a 5 star. I guess it depends on your approach. For me this was a 5 star experience.

I was car searching for a used car to purchase for my father-in-law. Located a used Nissan Altima here at All In Auto Group. I drove down from Santa Barbara and met with Mario. Previously I had sent the dealer a message and I received a response from Mario as we were driving down that the car was still available. Our experience was good. Mario set up an appointment with us. Overall this was the quickest car buying experience ever. We were already pre-approved through our own financing so there was no need to inquire about their financing although they do have that available. Car price was listed as a good deal, and we negotiated a little bit down on the price. I can tell you these guys know what they are doing and they were busy. I recommend going here, especially if you are looking for good used vehicles, clean titles, and big selection.

AVOID THIS PLACE! SCAM

like most dealerships like this, they price gouge & do shady stuff.

they ran my credit WITHOUT permission.

Tried to get me into a car that was so filthy, all the windows had cracks in them, and the seats were torn up (THIS WASNT SHOWN IN THE ONLINE PHOTOS). We would obviously were told they would fix it. as we were waiting for the sales guy to come back, a customer who was leaving, warned us about this dealership. they mentioned they have been getting the run around for MONTHS after they sold him a car. they sold him a car not in working condition. How do you even do that??

anyways, save yourself the time and effort… go to a real trust worthy dealerships. not these SCAMS.

The best staff that they have and very accommodating and kind and all you concerned was properly addressed and resolved asap and the procedures are so smooth as fast as 10 minutes.
