This is an old school ARC audio inline converter crossover. These were made many years ago very high quality in the United States This one model number is MX1 serial number 7516. Not many of these were made. It has features like output level, frequency, frequency range * 10 phase 0 to 180° mode stereo or mono also comes with the power ground and remote plug which is almost always missing.
