Eight months ago—to be exact, on August 17, 2025—we bought a truck at this "dealership," if you can even call it that. Then, on September 16, 2025, the truck began experiencing faults in its engine's fuel injection system. When we purchased it, we drove it off the lot with a 3-month dealership warranty and a 2-year extended warranty. The truck was taken to their service shop, where it sat for three months without us receiving any updates, because the service manager had been fired for billing warranty providers for services and parts that were never actually installed in the vehicles. After numerous changes in management, we finally managed to retrieve the truck from the shop; however, upon arriving home—a one-hour drive away—the "Check Engine" light came back on. We took it to the nearest AutoZone, and to our surprise, it was showing the exact same problem it had when it first entered the shop. To spare you the tedious details, the truck has spent the last eight months going in and out of this shop for the very same mechanical fault. They have charged us for services completely unrelated to the actual problem the vehicle has. We have paid our monthly installments on time for eight months without missing a single payment; yet, after enduring so much mistreatment, we finally decided to sit down and speak with the dealership manager to request an exchange. It is patently obvious that we were scammed into buying a defective truck, yet the manager offered no solution other than for us to submit a new credit application, make another down payment, and see if they could swap the vehicle under those terms.
Folks, do not come to this place to buy—don't let yourselves get ripped off. I will post photos showing evidence from the shop records regarding the damage; obviously, we are going to sue, because dealerships like this one ought to go out of business.
Today, April 2, 2026, at 4:55, we are picking it up from the shop—where it is supposedly fixed—and just look at what the screen says: everything is exactly the same. The photos serve as evidence.

First time coming in to this establishment and believe me when I tell you everything when smooth . Meghan at the front desk helped me in selecting vehicle of my choice that fit my budget. I don’t usually do reviews but Meghan has a 5-STAR customer service. Thank you so much .highly recommended
