I've owned and used this unit for about 7 years. It's not perfect but it's a good solid unit. I bought this from the original owner. This unit was srored inside for most of its life. I have original bill of sale, and some receipts sense bought new. Low hrs on generator , generator runs but it needs carburetor cleaned. 100 gal fresh water tank, 40 gal Grey water tank, 40 gal black water tank. 460 cubic inch ford multi port fuel injected gas motor. I got 12 mpg on my last 1000 mile trip. Drives and stops well. Also has added transmission braking system, for going down mountains. Also has an easy steer system, so ur not see sawing the steering wheel while driving down the road. Has reese hitch, and towing capabilities also.All tires have less than 1500 miles on them, 2 of the tires only have 250 miles on them. DOES NOT LEAK!! The entire roof has been coated with two layers of silicone, covering the entire roof, heat and air con work great. Does need carpet, but just at the top of the stairs. Rear queen mattress is new, also has mattress topper on it, very new refrigerator. Couch is also a queen bed. Booth table can also fold down as a bed for smallerr people, or children.Colarado care free awning in great shape. Unit was stored inside most of its life. Title in hand.$4K is firm!!!
