It’s leather is in perfect condition but it does need a few fixes, the snap has become lose over the years, the zipper pulley either needs to be res owed or changed for a new one, and the sowing has gotten lose but the string is still there it just needs to be resowed. These three things are very cheap fixes, I also called gucci they said their happy to fix it but you need to go to their store so they can give an estimate in person but the lady on the phone said it shoudlnt be much to fix you can also take it into a leather repair shop which might actually be cheaper to do.
