The front windshield is in excellent condition.  The paint is in great shape and condition.  The tires are slightly worn with about 75% of tread life left.  The interior was well maintained and is extra clean.  The exterior was well maintained and is extra clean.  The brakes are in great condition.  The transmission shifts very smoothly.  The battery is in excellent condition.

I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento at this dealer. I liked how reasonable the prices were and the attention and honesty of the owner. Although the car came with an aftermarket remote control, he promised to order the originals for me and he did. He even took me to a shop to program my remote control. He didn't charge me extra. Of course, all used cars are going to have some details, so it's always good to check carefully before making a purchase. I am more than satisfied with my purchase with this dealer.

Just bought a 2013 Dodge Durango from THM Auto. I found them via the CarGurus app (which I have purchased a vehicle through before). Both THM & the Lender (Lendmark) worked with me diligently to get me in this vehicle.

I was nervous to get another used vehicle because of past experiences but this one was kept well only having to prior owners. It runs well, has brand new tires and is very clean. The mileage was a bit high but technically it wasn’t for it being a 11 yr old vehicle.

Before I left they noticed one of the headlights was out and cut me a check for the high end cost of a replacement. The paperwork was already signed so they definitely didn’t have to do that but I appreciated it a lot. Let’s me know they have integrity.

Overall the purchasing experience was simple. I waited to do my review because I purchased a used vehicle once that did good on the test drive but within a week started shutting down and I had issues the entire time I had it (it was basically a death trap). So far, this Durango is running very smoothly, all the features work & if I didn’t tell anyone the year they wouldn’t know. That’s how well the car was kept over the years.

If I had the funds I would’ve bought this in full as it was priced perfectly for the quality. On top of that the owner purchased an additional 3-month warranty in which you can have extended by contacting the company that provides it. The lender also made sure to include gap insurance and a warranty as well. Thank you, THM.
