Came to find a car for my son. It was going to be his first car.  As we walked in we were greeted by Abdullah Rahmoun and the rest was history.   He wasn’t too pushy, was interested in my son’s view and more importantly very patient so we could make a decision comfortably.  The overall experience was amazing and the choice of cars everything I asked for as a parent and all the out of budget wants my son asked for. 😂
Looking at the carfax and the purchase options they had, made the purchase that much easier. We purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 Hatchback and have been very happy since driving it off the lot.
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

Overall we had a very good experience. They offer a lot of vehicles with good prices. Like most dealers, the listed price is well below what you will pay out the door. Marvin was very upfront about this though and was a pleasure to deal with. We travelled several hundred miles to look at the car we were interested in. As with any used car purchase, you are buying a used vehicle with potential for large or small issues. Look it over well. They do offer, for a fee, a powertrain warranty, which is nice. Give Marvin a call for your next used vehicle.

Absolutely amazing service. Alexander Valencia who showed me the car and took me for a test drive was so nice and helpful. Went through the whole car with me to make sure everything worked. I came to this dealership to see a car I found on Cars.com. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming salesperson named Abdullah, who kindly offered a test drive. I liked the car and we moved forward with the paperwork.

Here’s where things get more complex. During the financing process, I was informed that a non-negotiable $1,500 dealer fee would be added to the price. This fee includes a so-called “dealership service package” offering a 3-month warranty. In reality, it’s an insurance policy handled by a third party — and based on online reviews, getting any real support from them sounds about as fun as a root canal.

In addition, there were document fees, meaning that every vehicle here likely costs at least $2,000 more than the listed price — something buyers should definitely be prepared for.

Just before finalizing the paperwork, I asked to see under the hood again and discovered a coolant leak. To their credit, neither Abdullah nor the staff were expecting this and were visibly surprised. While initially they downplayed the issue, they eventually brought someone over to check it and promised to fix it the same day. They asked me to leave a $2,000 deposit while repairs were being done — I refused, saying I’d only proceed once the issue was resolved.

At that point, their tone changed — still polite, but definitely annoyed. I left to get lunch, and during that time they called to say the leak had been fixed. I returned later that day and finalized the deal, taking them at their word. Thankfully, the issue was relatively minor, likely caused by the car sitting idle for too long. Also, this particular Volvo model doesn’t get as much test drive traffic as more in-demand cars like Honda or Toyota, so the damage was limited.

To be fair, the team was respectful throughout, even when the situation got tense. Abdullah was professional, and the finance manager even personally drove the car to the repair shop and back. I appreciate their effort to save the deal.

My advice to buyers: come prepared. This dealership is focused on sales — as they should be — but that means you need to bring someone who understands cars if you don’t. Don’t assume the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected. You’re responsible for making sure it’s in the condition you expect.

All in all, it wasn’t a perfect experience, but I ended up with a car I like, and I’m thankful to the staff who helped make that happen. Just go in with your eyes open — and your calculator ready.
