MUST PICK UP IN CHANDLER 115”x63” Used couch. Just washed cushion covers. Has some wear from threads pulling but overall in ok shape. If just need a couch it is comfy My home is clean, no bugs nothing weird to worry about. I do have animals so there could be fur but we have vacuumed and washed it.
