I had an excellent car buying experience at Harbor City. I filled out their online inquiry and Jay got back to me immediately via the mode of communication I requested (text). Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I’m happy I went to Harbor City.
