16x7 & 9x7 Overlay Garage Doors

1-16’x7’ & 1-9’x7’ CHI Model 5334, 2” polystyrene insulated steel back garage doors in bronze color with Madison windows. Doors have an insulation R-value of 10.29. 16x7=$2,500.00 & 9x7=$1,500.00. Will sell them separately and can provide a brand new 8’x7’ to match 16’x7’ if needed. Doors were on customers home for around two months. Bottom section on both doors has slight manufacturing defect with vertical styles for hinges. Minor issue that will not affect the longevity of the doors but manufacturer replaced them under warranty anyway. We will add a strut to the #2 sections and heavy duty commercial grade 11 gauge steel hinges to end styles for extra strength to help insure no issues in the future. All hardware will be brand new industry standard. My business can also replace and haul off old doors for $400.00 each. 16x7 Sold as new would be around $6,000.00 and 9x7 would be around $3,500.00.
