Makes 2-10 oz bottles at room, body temp, or slightly warmer than body temp bottles. We used it from August - September of this year then stopped using it when we realized our son doesn’t need it. He takes a room temp bottle so we were only using it in the middle of the night. I could see this product being more useful for a baby who needs a warmed bottle. There’s nothing wrong with it and it doesn’t have any scratches or dents.
