Mac Pro system with upgrades and ready for more upgrades. Base system for $350 and includes a XEON Server Grade CPU running at 3.33 GHz with 6 cores and 12 threads and 48GB of memory (3x16GB). This has 4 bays for HD or SSD drives. The base system includes a 250GB SSD, which is not much storage but you can buy your own SSD/NVME drives and save a lot. This includes Server grade Registered (3x16GB) memory modules with ECC (error correcting codes), which corrects any single bit errors. Memory can be upgraded to 64BG for $25 more. The side panel is included but taken off to show the insides. The base system comes with a GT120 GPU that natively supports any Mac OS from Snow Leopard to High Sierra. You choose the OS you want. If you want to use Mojave (natively) or any newer Mac OS you must upgrade the graphics card to a Metal compatible GPU. If you buy my optional Metal compatible AMD HD 7950 GPU (3GB) you can have the GPU and native Mojave OS for an additional $150. This GPU had a switch that lets you select between Mac boot screen support or Open Core support. For $250 more you can have the Rx 580 (8GB) with Mac OS Monterey loaded using Open Core (Martin Lo's version). Other options available with PCI plugin cards: 4xUSB 3.2 ports ($100) or PCI NVME boot drive support ($100). Also available, a higher performance Metal compatible RX 580 8GB GPU ($200). Also available is a 250GB SSD ($100) with Windows 10 installed that lets you run Windows natively on the same Mac Pro hardware. Just slide in the SSD with the OS you like and your set with a Mac or PC. This system was originally a 4,1 Mac Pro which was upgraded to a 5,1 now running with the latest 5,1 motherboard firmware (144.0.0.0.0).
