1989 Chevy Silverado

Looking to trade my Obs Single cab short bed 165k miles All tires are like New Turns on motor sounds strong and good It drives but as soon I start hitting 40 mph it starts to sputter mostly happens when i floor when cruising it will still drive you just have to be light on the pedal. When I’m in park I can rev it and it’s fine . Some people say it can be distributor or fuel pump.
