Inquired about a transit and never heard anything from the dealer about it.  Call and no answer and a week later still never heard anything from them.

Bad customer service communication. Have vehicles on the website for purchase that are not available. An a lot of banks will not finance.

Came across a vehicle on Facebook we were interested in. Responded quickly agreed to me coming at 10 to check it out. The morning of, I get this bad feeling but husband still wanted to just look at it so we arrived at 9:50ish, not realizing we were coming to a sketchy looking dealership. We were thinking this was going to be a private owner deal. We looked at the cars that were in front including the one we were interested in and I wanted to leave immediately but husband still wanted to test drive. We waited til about 10:15 and no one came so I begged my husband to leave and we finally did. What “dealership” doesn’t open on time? And on top of that, doesn’t reach out to me with a “sorry I’m running late” or something but instead I get a message 2hrs later, saying he sold the car we were interested in this morning but he has others if we’d like to check them out. I politely explained how we were already there as planned, waited, and left because no one was there so before we consider, please send me pictures and details. He did and they’re not worth it. I later see the same car listed on Facebook with a slightly lower price, same description, same pictures, etc. So now knowing this was a business, I wanted to check out their reviews and big surprise… shady business. The only good reviews are from the people who work there. “Sam Jody” is who I was speaking to on Facebook and is one of the reviewers on here. I’m thankful it played out the way it did. It was a blessing in disguise apparently.
