Description
Add a unique conversation piece to your home with this vintage, meta folk art sculpture. Modeled atter a traditional Chinese Money Tree (Yao Qian Shu), the piece features a vertical configuration of overlapping circular discs resembling ancient cash coins. The sculpture rises from an ornate, beautifully detailed pedestal urn base. The base is not metal, either ceramic or a high-quality composite resin —giving it excellent stability and a classic, archaic look. This is an unsigned folk art or brutalist-style piece perfect for an entryway console, patio display, or tabletop display. Condition: Good vintage condition. Please note that due to its age, there is some authentic surface rust on the metal portion of the sculpture, which adds to its rustic, industrial charm and vintage character. See photos . Size with urn base approximately 17” H x 8” W
