We just recently purchased a new Tahoe from Chris Rivera site unseen.  We had been shopping around but could not find anything local. “Anyone can sell you a car” - well, maybe not just anyone because I’ve noticed they Bob Grimm Chevrolet tends to be the only Chevy store in the Peoria area that carries the latest and greatest, harder-to-find models, such as the Trax when it first came out, and the EVs that I just purchased.  Love that!!  What’s even more to love is that their sales team is very much customer focused.  They really do seem to care about you for the long term.  The dealer that is located much closer to me where I’ve purchased several times before and would rather purchase if I can, not only has these rarer models, but their staff seems like a revolving door and it’s hard to maintain a relationship like that. Not so at Grimm… my sales guy although quite young has been there since I first experienced interest in a new model (that I didn’t end up buying) to now that I made my first purchase, and I suspect he’ll be around for a long time.  This means a lot to me because I know he will personally care if I am satisfied. Great products, sincere customer support, and not to mention very competitive prices… well worth the extra 30 minute drive for me!!  Keep up the great work… I look forward to doing more business with you in the future and will gladly recommend to my friends!!
