I bought a new GE Profile washer and dryer from GES and I can’t be more happy with my purchase. I was looking for a larger washer since mine blew out in a lightning storm, and I ended up just buying the pair. They were able to deliver both the washer and dryer same day for me and included the cost of delivery in the price! I even got a one year manufacturer’s warranty!! Outstanding service by Rosendo when he arrived with my new washer & dryer. He was prompt, very nice and brought both my washer and dryer in the house for me. I highly recommended GES appliance if you want a good deal on appliances and don’t need something brand new out of the box and are OK with a few scratches and dents. It will save you a ton of money and make you happy!  :-)

I’ve had a great experience with this store. I’ve purchased a washer, dryer, and a refrigerator, and after 4 years they are still working perfectly. The quality is excellent, the prices are fair, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The worse experience ever. You are NOT going to save money after you deal with all the dishonesty.

I have bought items from the past and wasn’t too happy but I figured it was used so I shouldn’t complain much.  I couldn’t get a hold of my regular appliance person so I went over to pick up a washer and dryer for a project. While there I saw a $300 refrigerator and I thought I would pick it up for my own home.

They brought it in and didn’t work, then they came back and replaced it with another one and told me that the new one was $700 more. I agree because the owner said it was “new”. They bring the “new” machine and it also didn’t work. They come back and take it back and bring an identical one and … yup still didn’t work. All while they kept saying these machines are “new”.

They came back and had to replace a fan motor and case out of a “new machine”. This took 4 days. Lost all food I had and time waiting for them to deliver the so call “new” machines.

Even when they went to install the washer and dryer the guy didn’t install the dryer vent and I had to go and take care of that myself.

Horrible experience. Do not get scammed like I did. Do not buy anything with a “new” stickers on them. Check the BBB profile and yelp and you will find similar testimonials.

I wanted to give this guy another chance and completely backfired on me. Still he was hounding me and I pay the bill in the end and I did because I don’t scam people.

275 for a refrigerator to not last more then 40 days

I purchased a used refrigerator on 11/28/2005.
Less the 40 days later nothing is cold, refrigerator and freezer section are hot. I called the company and they said there is no warranty. I don’t expect a warranty for a year or so when buying a used appliance but I do expect it to last more than 40 days. They sent one of there employees to the house and he looked at refrigerator and said it’s not working, well we knew that we called and told them so. If you want to waste money then buy from them, better to put the 275 you would spend  at this place and use it to buy something new

We purchased a dryer for my condo here. It was a great price and the machine works great. I recommend you purchase here if you are looking for used appliance. They also offer warranty
