Picked this up for a project that my son and I were working on restoring, so the interior is stripped to the floor and walls to the studs. All refrigeration, propane and air conditioning and electrical are all good. So a great project for anyone who enjoys bringing there unique touches and make it your own! I had began accumulating materials for the restoration which I would include if you were planning on making it a live able trailer. I have all the components in order to install solar panels on the roof, to make it near self sufficient, also a brand new toilet for the bathroom. Also antique solid wood cabinets and a very nice sink and faucet (just this was $1800) tires , wheels and brakes are great. Clean title in hand, opportunity how much you have? Would also be a great toy hauler/ Kids sleeping quarters. Would have a bathroom, and I had plans to have the dining table fold down, which I also have as well as a new mattress. Unfortunately my family is going through an extremely difficult financial situation. So I’m hoping to find someone who sees the potential, and I have spoken to various RV lots who estimate the value at around 6 k with the materials and components I’ve purchased. But I’m paying it forward and want it to be enjoyed for years so first $4500 gets nearly everything they need for a family vacation! The materials are a huge step, and all our brand new and top of the line.
