Lennox ML195 Gas Furnace

Up for sale is a Lennox ML 195 gas furnace that was purchased in January 2015. I paid about $10,000 to get this furnace installed and it was nearly the top-of-the-line at the time of purchase. It’s a 95% efficient furnace. This furnace works perfectly and the only reason I’m selling it is because we just remodeled our house and we were forced to upgrade to a furnace that would support the additional square footage. This furnace is perfect for 1500 to 1700 ft.². Our house was originally 960 ft.² and it made our house toasty on the coldest of days. I’m actually bummed that I have had to change furnaces but it is what it is.
