bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Worldwide Auto Group in July 2025. I’ve owned several Grand Cherokees before, so I understand the risks of buying used. Like always, I purchased a dealer-endorsed extended warranty (Alpha Warranty) for peace of mind.

Less than 60 days later, the transmission failed. The repair shop quoted about $6,000, but I wasn’t too worried because I had the warranty. That changed quickly—Alpha Warranty denied my claim, falsely claiming I reported the issue earlier than I did. They refused to share the recorded call that supposedly supported their denial.

After five weeks of back-and-forth between myself, the repair shop, and the warranty company, Alpha agreed to ship a used 120K-mile transmission, which the shop (rightly) refused to install. In the end, Alpha only covered part of the cost, and I had to pay $2,200 out of pocket to get my Jeep back after 40 days without it.

I contacted Nick at Worldwide Auto, who did try to help, but ultimately the dealership endorsed and sold me a warranty that failed when I needed it most.

To be clear, my issue isn’t with the people or the cars—their vehicles were clean, and the staff was professional. The problem is that they sold and endorsed a worthless extended warranty, which says more about the business than the cars they sell.

Very happy with the purchase of our Subaru Outback. Nick was helpful, efficient and reliable. Process was quick and straightforward. I recommend Worldwide Auto Group 👍🏽
