Description

GENERAL ELECTRIC Boombox Model PB3-5265A AC/Battery Operated Stereo Radio / Cassette Recorder [Functionality] All functions work. Cassete player works as well. Can be a little fickle. *Did not test recorder. There is some static when fine tuning the sound. Comes with original power cord. [Comsetic Condition] In Excellent condition, very few light scuffs. Please see pictures for cosmetic condition. This box measures 21 Length x 8 1/2 Height x 3 1/2 Wide (Measurement in Inches) This model was originally titled "Home & Go" It had the unique option of plugging in a Moving Magnet as well as a ceramic turntable. It requires D cell batteries. The "stereo wide" function added a bit of depth to the sound that really only "worked" on selected choices of playback. One could also plug in a different set of speakers, but the power to drive a larger set of speakers was not so strong. Overall GE had a good product in this portable stereo. This comes in GE's Silver Signature line. Pick up only in Rancho Santa Margarita.
