Loveseat sells new for $755 at Rooms to Go. Loveseat dimensions: Dimensions: 81"w x 39"d x 39"h More info on Rooms to Go (search their site for Cindy Crawford Home Alpen Ridge) This is located in a cat/dog friendly home (it has held up amazingly to both too!!) We love the furniture because it’s so comfortable and durable but can’t take it with us when we move. Will accept Venmo or Cash only. Local pickup (Cary) must be arranged by buyer. We are on a 2nd floor. Will consider a better price if you also purchase our dining table set with this.
