I came in with shitty credit, and no hope of walking out with anything decent. I ended up walking out with a car under 50k miles, no accidents, and a clean engine. Paying roughly 300/month when other dealers like Alpine (flat out refused me) or Gage (tried to sell me a jeep with a broken ECU for 450/mo). This is a used car lot, so keep that in mind, not every car they have will be in near mint condition like mine is, but if you tell the salesman what you want, or what you need out of a car he will help you find it. I was going to purchase a truck from  here and have it shipped to the East coast. I ended up finding truck closer to home.

I spoke with Rob he went out took a video like I asked and there was a stolen part off the truck.  He could have hid that from me taken care it without me ever knowing.  But he let me know in the video and said they’d take care of it.

I was going to put a non refundable deposit down to hold it for 10-14 days.  I had not ever bought a car on the other side of the country and had it shipped, so that was little nerve racking but Rob gave me a shipping quote and no problem.

Cause It’s Portland OREGON, they’re there trying to operate like anyone else,  I was worried the truck would get stolen before I could get it, so I passed.  The stolen part was not their fault, yes they lost a sale but they did the right thing, that’s why I put 5 stars.  Go see Rob. Thank you for being up front.

Pathetic, confrontational, inept and agonistic are the best words to describe Lot 99. Logan is the worst. If you're foolish enough to do business here I suggest you avoid Logan completely. He purposely made me wait two hours to answer one of our questions (that never got answered) before we just went in person and asked for a different salesman, and was just the tip of the iceberg with Logan. The other salesman did a much better job but he's gone now and I can't say I blame him for leaving. After all the nonsense involved in buying the car it was time for the ineptitude to take over and they botched the title transfer. We had to go in again and they magically produced it after some scrambling and worry. It truly seems like they enjoy torturing people more than making money. You basically have to force them to comply with your desire to buy one of their cars, and you certainly won't want to bother with service after the sale here. Aside from all that the lot is a disaster and you have to give them an hour notice so they'll have time to dig a car out to test drive. Huge mess in the lot, the office, the sales team and the management. Avoid it at all costs.

I got a 2020 CLA 250 MB and obviously you can see the colors don’t match up on some of the panels even the door is painted halfway through it’s insane to me I didn’t notice the day I went to test drive it .. I drove 4 hours to Portland and made it when the sun was going down so it made it hard to see really .. anyways I go to start the car and the keys not even detected even tho I had it in the car .. second thing I noticed was there was literal Nissan Altima floor mats in the Benz ..  had to wait like 10 mins for them to find a battery for the key fob and they got it started i took it out on a drive and it seemed to drive good to me , so I went back and we signed the papers whatever as soon as I get home the day after I try and open the sunroof it opened but NEVER worked again !!! sadly enough I also didn’t pop the hood when I took it on a test drive and the engine cover is completely gone .. THE WORST OF ALL THIS IS IT LOOKS LIKE THEY USED A TYPE OF WELD TO PATCH UP SOME HOLES IN THE REAR TRUNK OF THE CAR AND DIDNT EVEN ASSEMBLE IT BACK INTO PLACE I HAD TO AND A BUNCH OF SCREWS WERE MISSING THEY MUSTVE COMPLETELY GUTTED THIS THING AND PAINTED IT ’ . THE INSIDE GETS WET WHEN I GO TO WASH MY CAR THEN OPEN IT.
