Exceptional Service - Loving My Ford Maverick!

I recently bought a brand-new Ford Maverick and I can’t thank Selena Perez, Kenny Bohman, and the manager enough for making the experience so enjoyable. Car buying can usually be overwhelming, but they made everything smooth and simple. Selena was incredibly helpful, making sure she got the color I wanted and ensuring that the Maverick was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. She was great about working with me to find a price that fit my budget.

Kenny was a huge part of why this experience was so positive. He took the time to explain all the financing options in a way that was easy to understand, and he really made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. Never thought I’d end up buying a ford, but here we are. Starting the day expecting to buy a Chevy Trail Boss, I ended up with a Ford F-150. Went to the Chevy dealership to check out a truck I had been talking with a salesman about, do a test drive, and get an offer on my trade in. Once I got there, the truck I wanted was sold. No big deal, however they didn’t even attempt to see if I liked another truck, they didn’t offer me to test drive an similar truck, and they didn’t even end up looking over my trade in. I left intending to head to another Chevy dealership until my dad (drives a GMC) recommended to swing by ford. We got to the dealership; with no previous contact with the dealership about buying a new truck. We arrived toward the end of their working hours, and saw the F-150 Tremor. Looking at the price tag I wasn’t even going to attempt to buy the truck. However, after looking over the truck I at least had to ask about it. That’s when Edgar, Berto, and Deepok made magic happen. Not expecting much after how my day started, I was shocked when the staff offered to do an on the spot appraisal on my trade in. They had me an offer within 20 minutes of the comment, and gave me a great deal on my trade in. After this, we had a brief number talk to see where each other were at, and they offered me a test drive. Test drove the truck and loved it even more than I thought I would. After this, we went to the desk for the part of buying a car that everyone loves so much. The negotiation. It started out just like any typical negotiation, but the mood changed when the negotiation pivoted from them trying to get a deal for them to them fighting to get me a deal. The staff worked and worked, and eventually we came to a deal. After the way the day started, ending it with a truck I wasn’t expecting to be in reach, I couldn’t be happier. Huge shoutout to Edgar, Berto, and Deepok for putting in so much effort and making this happen. Highly recommend to go check them out!
