89 Yamaha Blaster 200cc Blast from the past literally!! Gets looks all the time!! Runs awesome, starts within a few kicks, idles smooth and rides hard! In great shape especially for its age. Plastics are great, original seat is great. Everything works as it should. Lights, hi and low beam. Brakes front and back. Has a key. FMF exhaust FMF Fatty Gold expansion pipe Re jetted for the mods and airbox opened up the right way, with 1" filters Nerf bars Runs strong! Suspension is real smooth Front tires are still good Rear tires could be replaced but it's fun the way it is to slide around in the corners Oil injection delete performed with block off plate. Uses premix gas only. Much more reliable, safer and easier to jet right. Don't let the year fool you. Blasters are the same from 1988-2002. In 2003-2006 they only changed the front fairing and added hydraulic brakes front and rear. Both of those updates can be fitted to the 1st generation Blasters if you wanted, bolt on.
