I bought this in the men's section of good will. I got it home and realized the buttons are on the left side so I guess that makes it a blouse? Anyways the tag says Holmes which I believe refers to the infamous D.H.Holmes. My guesstimation is vintage late 1960' s - Early 1970's . This has an androgynous look to it.
