$300 Custom-made American Girl Doll House, **furniture and accessories not included** -for sale is the custom Dollhouse only with wall decor** size: 7ft. 9 1/2 inches high, 48 1/4 inches wide, 20 inches deep, the side addition is 57 inches high, 36 inches wide, and 12 1/2 inches deep, it comes with 2 battery-operated chandeliers, 5 battery-operated push lights with remote, one strand of electric decorative lights on the side addition, the top room on the main Dollhouse comes off for transportation and the side addition also comes off (the doll house comes apart in 3 pieces) wall decor comes with the doll house. This doll house is just beautiful, tile on the floors, some carpet, some walls have decorative paper, a few windows with curtains, includes wall decor, in the main front room the walls are the original white.
