I appreciate hashir so much he did a wonderful job as supside down on my 2021 Acur TCL A spec with only 50k miles and was able to trade in for this blacked out F-150 with low miles thank you so much Hw Auto was not expecting leaving the lot with a truck. I didn’t even have to put a down payment!

I was walking the blvd going from lot to lot for a vehicle under 10k and saw a beautiful white Camaro with only 54k miles i wasn’t able to get approved for what i want and out of nowhere Mrs asad walked in and right before we were walking out  he caught me and now as im writing my first time buying a car experience review…. I wanted to say thank you hashir and his team for helping me get into my very own car I was not expecting leaving with a car I was so nervous on running my credit because everything i see online but with Hw Auto it wasn’t like that at all. There walked me through the whole process. As a first time car buyer i couldn’t be more satisfied with how I was treated.They worked really hard into put me into the vehicle i wanted from the start. I hope sharing my experience will help you come down and try them out.

Update 3 months later:
When I first bought my truck here, I left a 5-star review. At the time, the sales team seemed friendly, and the process was smooth. However, since then I’ve had to put around $7,000 into repairs that should have been addressed before the vehicle was ever sold. Major issues like timing components, leaks, and other critical repairs showed up almost immediately after purchase.

I understand buying used means some risk, but the extent and cost of these problems suggest this dealership either didn’t inspect the vehicle properly or chose not to disclose serious issues.

If you’re considering buying here, I strongly recommend getting any vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic before signing. My experience has unfortunately changed from positive to extremely costly and frustrating.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. I scheduled a test drive for a specific truck, and the salesman, “Moose,” was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all. He genuinely wanted to help me find the right truck. After learning what I was looking for, he showed me a red truck on the lot that just arrived. I took it for a test drive and immediately loved it.

Moose and the manager worked together to get me a great price, and I ended up signing the paperwork that same day. They sent the truck out for its state inspection, which took a few days due to a long wait at Pep Boys, but they kept me informed throughout the process. When I came back to pick up the truck, I was blown away by how clean it looked. Their detailer did a fantastic job!  It honestly looked like a brand-new vehicle.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
