I and my wife recently bought a Buick from Brotherton, and we really had a great experience. I made an initial visit alone to check out the inventory. I was warmly welcomed by Drew who made me feel at home, it was like we had known each other forever! I checked out the car I had in mind and the following day, I came back with my wife. We did a test drive and really liked the car, it was even her dream color.
Drew was so friendly and took great care of us as we finalized the purchase. Kudos for Drew!

We stopped by today to check out a truck and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Beto Leyva and Brian Reder. They went above and beyond, answering all our questions and efficiently getting us into the truck.

Brotherton returned our calls and set up a time to check the problem out and today they fixed it, no charge. I am changing my review to 5 stars because mistakes happen and fixing the problem is all that matters. They also cleaned and washed the car, which I appreciate it :)

within a week of buying the car we had a check engine light come on. Took it to our mechanic and it needs very obvious work. Spark plugs, engine igniters, whatnot. It’s going to cost us $3,000+
The worst part was, a few days after buying the car, we tried to put the 3rd row seats down and nothing happened. Took it to a dealer near us and he said they had rats living in the wall of the car, chewing the wires that make the seats go up and down. There’s rat droppings and pee back there.
We’ve tried to have Brotherton help us with this -at least meet us in the middle and so far, just put on hold or told everyone with “power” is busy.
Until we get this resolved I will be taking my review to a 1 star. This is completely unacceptable - not to mention sneaky and deceptive. Brotherton HAD to know at least about the seat issue because they said they detailed the car. How do you detail a car without lifting the seats??

We had such an amazing car buying experience at Brotherton! We came over from Port Orchard based on other reviews I saw and were not disappointed.
Dennis helped us all week online and then Neb helped us in person. Both were so friendly, not pushy at all and very personable. I plan to bring my car back here for oil changes etc and definitely will be looking to purpose future cars here. If I could give 10 stars I would!
