Picked up my Tesla from AutoNation in January, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Shawn, Janeth, and Anthony all made it a great experience! Everyone was friendly and professional, and kept things moving without the usual dealership runaround. You could tell they actually cared about making sure everything went well. Honestly, one of the easier vehicle pickups I've been through. Would definitely recommend working with this team.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a Ford F150 from this dealership on March 3rd. At the time of signing, the truck needed a new power seat motor and door actuator sensor. A “We Owe” was signed by both parties promising the work would be completed within 30days. I have now scheduled four separate repair attempts and the issues are still not fixed properly. I have attached photos of their “completed work” with the power seat motor. Broken trim with massive amounts of glue and random screws is how they handed the truck back to me. Now about 2 weeks after the door sensor was supposedly replaced, it’s out again. Before repair attempt #4, I warned the dealership that this was their last chance to do the work AND provide proof that both promised repairs were complete properly. That warning clearly meant nothing. I will be moving forward with complaints with both the AZ Attorney General and AZDOT Dealer Licensing Division as well as other legal avenues. My truck will be fixed at an auto shop of my choosing and I now demand reimbursement for the cost. I have been patient and understanding but that time has passed. Unlike this dealership, I keep my word.
